ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is established to regulate the terms and conditions regarding the sale and delivery of services provided by the Seller to the Buyer via the online platform. By approving this Agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that all necessary information about the services, their terms, and all relevant details have been fully, accurately, and completely provided by the Seller.

ARTICLE 3: SERVICES UNDER THE AGREEMENT

The Seller provides Pro membership and other digital services to the Buyer through the website. The Seller agrees to deliver the services as promised and on time. The scope and content of the services are detailed on the RoC Hive website.

ARTICLE 4: SERVICE FEE AND PAYMENT

The Buyer agrees to pay the service fee using one of the payment methods specified on the website. Payment can be made via credit card or other available payment methods. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and security of the information provided during the payment process.

ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND CONDITIONS

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been used. The Buyer can request a refund of the service fee under the right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been partially or fully utilized. Refund requests are initiated by contacting the support team.

Turkish law shall govern any disputes arising from this Agreement, and the Kastamonu Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be the competent authorities.

ARTICLE 9: EFFECTIVENESS

This Agreement becomes effective upon its electronic approval by the Buyer.
